Customers may return any product
FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

RETURN POLICY:
Customers will receive refund of purchase price of product (less 10% restocking charge** and excluding S&H) FLP providing these simple steps are taken:

**Special Returns Note: The 10% restock charge is waved if the item(s) proves defective. This will be determined by our technical assessors evaluation of the product upon its return. If there is any question about the technical health of the product make sure that you have exhausted all tech support avenues before obtaining an RA#. This could save you some money. Start by calling 800-400-1540.

the product is returned and received at Full Life Products address within 30 days of the purchase date, (not delivery date) and,

the product and all packaging, peripheral, support articles and instruction manuals originally included in the sale are returned in a fully resaleable condition as determined by Full Life Product personnel upon inspection and,

the customer bears all financial responsibility for all shipping and handling charges incurred both in the sending of product (including all materials as described in article #2 above) to the customer and the return of product (including all materials as described in article #2 above) to Full Life Products.

customer must telephone Full Life Products and:
1) obtain a "30 Day Return Authorization Number" (RA Number) before returning product. (This can help us to "track" the owner of a returned product. Remember, you can return the product FOR ANY REASON) and,
2) obtain correct return address for products and sundry materials.

KEEP TRACKING NUMBER OF YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.

IF PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO FLP AND A REPLACEMENT UNIT IS SENT TO YOU, FLP MUST RECEIVE RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RA# 0R YOUR CHARGE CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR PRODUCT & SHIPPING.

Upon satisfaction of the above articles Full Life Products will refund the amount paid by the customer for the product (less 10% restocking charge of the purchase price and excluding any and all charges for shipping and handling for the transport both to and from the customer and Full Life Products)

Special Note: Any "Ameriphone" returns must have ALL packaging in tact, and must be returned within the 30 day period from date of purchase or a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Full Life Products reserves the right to refund moneys to the customer in the fashion that Full Life Products chooses whether it be electronic fund transfer, check, money order other any other means of legal tender.

Full Life Products reserves the right to alter the conditions of the 30 Day Return Policy at any time without notice.
